Using XMap

The XMap utility helps you to visualize customer portfolio relationships within the Relationship Profitability and Pricing System (RPPS). After you create customer relationships using the Relationship Builder, the XMap allows you to visually interact with customer data.

The XMap combines customer data from your portfolio into pods. The XMap contains three levels of pods:

• Relationship
• Customer
• Account

Each level contains more detailed data than the previous. You can use these pods to navigate the data contained at each level.

Accessing XMap

To access XMap from the Navigation menu: 

Click Navigation menu > XMap.

To access XMap from My Portfolio:

Click the XMap icon in the upper-right corner of the page.
